WHAT WE WERE ASKED TO DO

We were tasked to develop a creative campaign to drive awareness, media interest and footfall to Chaos Karts during the key summer trading period.

HOW WE DID IT

With Manchester Pride taking place in August and marking such a huge moment on Manchester’s social calendar, we came up with the idea to host the first ever Drag Queen Drag Race at Chaos Karts.

We enlisted leading names from the drag community, including former RuPaul’s Drag Race winner Kyran Thrax, and invited media to a high-energy showcase: The Glam Prix. The queens went head-to-head on the track in full glam, cheered on by a packed crowd and live DJ.

Proceeds from the night were donated to local LGBTQ+ charity The Proud Trust, ensuring the stunt not only celebrated Pride, but gave back to the community.
